Delivery
Delivery as standard is Royal Mail
Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm.
Special Delivery by 9am (Mon-Fri)
can be requested at an additional cost. We rely on the customer to give accurate
delivery details. The cost of P&P will be estimated at the time
of ordering and will be added to your order,
this should be no more than £20 per package
in any case. Orders over £500 – Free Delivery
Guest Invitations can not be held responsible
for any damage caused in transit.
A signature will be required on delivery of all
goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to
ensure all outer packaging is intact and
undamaged upon receipt. If outer packaging
appears damaged, please inspect the contents
before accepting your delivery. If contents are damaged please bring this to the attention of the postal worker then please sign as damaged,
keep any damaged packaging/contents, take photographic evidence if possible and contact
us at your earliest convenience to discuss. |
Express service
Guest Invitations appreciate that not everyone has
the luxury of months and months of preparation time. If you have a lack of time and need to utilise our express service please contact me to discuss your requirements. If feasible this service will guarantee delivery of your order within 14 working days from
our receipt of your signed final approval.
Full payment is required with your initial order confirmation. The Express Service is subject to additional costs dependant on the size of your order. Please contact
us to discuss.
