Cancellations
Deposits are non refundable.
Once the final signed proof has been received by
us and the balance has been paid there will be
no refund on cancelled orders due to the
personalised and hand finishing nature of our
business. Products cannot be recycled for resale therefore reimbursement for our time, materials
and costs is recoverable from the customer.

Returns and Refund Policy
Any payments made are non refundable after
final proof stage.
Unless faulty or a mistake has been made by
Guest Invitations, we do not accept returns of
any item. We urge you to please check and
confirm all details and spelling as accurate at
the final proof stage before production begins.

Proofs
It is your responsibility to check all sample proofs
for content, grammar, etiquette and spelling.
Please check and confirm all details as accurate
before signing and confirming the final proof.
Once we receive your signed final proof any
errors or changes are the responsibility of the
customer. Any amendments could be subject
to further costs.
