Ordering
All orders received require a 50% deposit to
cover initial works and to place you within our
work schedule, this is non-refundable. Any outstanding balance is then to be received by
us with your signed final proof. Final production
will commence once payments have cleared.

For the purchase of accessories i.e.
non-stationery items, payment must
be made in full upon placing an order.

It is recommended for weddings, time
allowing, that you aim to send out invitations
3 months prior. Please also allow a further
6-8 weeks minimum if possible for our service.

Save the date cards can be sent out any time
before this to pre-announce your occasion.

Please allow as much time as possible for
your order, particularly during the lead up
to the summer wedding season.

Stationery delivery schedules will be agreed within 48 hours of ordering. Schedules will be dependent on quantity ordered and time scales between ordering and your wedding/occasion.

If for any reason we cannot supply a particular product or a component has become
discontinued we will try to notify you within
48 hours of ordering.

Prices
The cost of individual items can be found either next to each item or for the Design Selection prices can be found on the pricing table at the bottom of each page.

Once an order has been placed with us an invoice will be sent to you detailing the costs, delivery schedule and payment information.
